Enjoy a wonderful meditation that blankets you with positive affirmations focused on creating a safe space to support health, well-being, self-love, connection with source and divine love. This meditation promotes deep trust, relaxation, restful sleep and renewed health.
Affirmations in the first half are spoken to you so you can just relax and soak in the affirming words and energy. In the second half of this meditation, the affirmations are voiced as if by you allowing you to fully embody the words and integrate the experience.

My journey began as a dancer, movement therapist and reflexologist where I became fascinated by the body’s natural ability to express one's unique story and to heal on a deep level. Certified in reflexology in the early 1970s, I have trained thousands of students to become certified reflexologists and empowered countless others to use this powerful practice to improve their well-being. Alongside my expertise in reflexology, I hold a PhD in Clinical Somatic Psychology and possess certifications in Mind Body Coaching, Embodiment Coaching, and Somatic Experiencing for trauma resolution.
